There are no others

Ramana Maharshi quietly thundered, “there are no others.”
What made him say this?
Our mind is conditioned to see in splits, and that’s why he said the profound Advaitic truth in a sentence.
For example… we and others.
Let us visualise that you are a wave in the ocean of reality.
When you see other waves, you naturally arrive at the conclusion that there are others.
This is the source of duality.

Now for a moment, what if as a wave you look within… you realise that neither you nor other waves were ever separate from the ocean.
This shift of vision is what is needed for us to hold space, connect with others, and conduct conversations.
In coaching and leadership, this changes everything.
As long as we operate within:
role vs identity
mind vs body
self vs other
…we are still within the grip of duality.
Transformation begins when the inquiry shifts to:
𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀?
That shift… is the doorway to presence and that’s the space Coachness™ explores - a consciousness‑based approach rooted in Indic Wisdom.
As we reiterate, “our programs are like ‘starting school’ for life than a ‘finishing school’ for a career.’
‘Integrating Coaching Competencies with Indic Wisdom’ approved by ICF is a 20hrs program that is part of the larger Coachness™ portfolio.
The 11th batch (online) starts on May 10 and
The 12th batch (residential) - June 25 to 28.
