Most programs refine or teach new skills and knowledge but very few cultivate ‘being.’

Though we intellectually understand that acing in academics / certifications is by scoring marks but scoring in life is only by acing situations and being present, there are less programs that address this gap.

.

.

.

Over the past cohorts, more than 60 leaders have walked this path.

They include:

- ICF-ACC, PCC, and MCC credentialed coaches

- CXOs and founders

- Strategists

- Army veterans & academicians practicing coaching

This is not a substitute for coach education as it is not a pathway to ICF Level 1.

And we have consciously chosen to keep it that way.

Every credentialed coach who joins us has already cleared rigorous global standards.

Every entrepreneur or leader in the room is already accomplished in their own arena.

What they come for is something else, yes they come to cultivate Coachness.

Coachness is the capacity to remain centred while engaging complexity.

Four adults sit on stone benches in a leafy yard, talking in a small outdoor group under trees beside a house.

To influence without imposing.

To listen without agenda.

To integrate wisdom without performance.

The route we take is deliberate - the trusted ICF framework integrated with time-tested principles and processes from Indic Wisdom.

This is a residential immersion, intentionally intimate.

This 10th cohort is a powerful mix - including two leaders who have aligned their India travel to participate in this immersion.

We are not expanding for scale as we are deepening for substance.
